Linda Ireland is a well known and respected trainer within the Hume community. Her extensive background of over 20 years in fitness has rewarded her with knowledge and experience in many different aspects of training.

Throughout the years, she has participated in various long distance fun runs and bike rides within the community. Linda has maintained an active life, with her previous occupation as a Landscape Gardener.

Linda believes age should be no barrier. At 60, she has used a combination of Body Recomposition training techniques and a healthy diet to maintain a strong, fit body and enjoys vitality. Also using Yoga and Pilates for core strength and stress management.

Linda is an innovative trainer. She is always expanding her knowledge in nutrition, weight loss and training techniques through regular research and keeps up to date with current dietary information. Her workouts are always interesting and challenging, as she is constantly researching new concepts.

In November 2013, Die Sexy Personal Training took on a new dimension with the launch of Women’s Self Defence. Linda spent time studying Muay Thai and Self Defence at Dominance Martial Arts school. With this, she hopes to empower women from all age groups and fitness levels in basic self defence, which includes essential skills such as getting out of choke holds. The classes are taught in an all female environment.

Eating not only for enjoyment, but for nutrition and vitality. At 60, I am in the best shape of my life. Weight training builds up the muscle supporting the joints, keeping mobility and agility.”
